Paddy, whose mum Kate was Tom's godmother, and a couple of friends cycled 100km around their local hockey clubs in June 2023 and raised over £1,000 for us

Curtis competed in the Swansea Ironman 70.3 in July 2023 having trained only in an algae infested pool and on dirt tracks in Liberia! 

Curtis raised over £2,100 for us.

Alex Hodson ran the Two Tunnels marathon in Bath in August 2023.  Alex's insane efforts raised over £3,500 for us

Clara's family have been good friends of Tom's for many years, and Clara taught Tom how to bake a cake!  Clara competed in the Richmond Half Marathon in September 2023 and crossed the line in 1'56" - incredible for her first race at this distance. She raised £2,200 for us. You can still support Clara here.

Paul, Jaz & Mackenzie Newton all competed in the Great North Run half marathon in September 2023. Jaz left her dad and brother in her dust to cross the line in 2'26", while Paul and Mack took their time to battle through a busy field in 2'50".  In total they raised an incredible £7,500 for us. James' son Theo was a good friend of Tom's. James also competed in the Great North Run, possibly surprising himself and us by crossing the line in 1'54". He raised over £2,400 for us. You can still support James here.

Sid Welham ran the Gower Ultra Bach 35 mile off road race on 7th October.  Sid was at Sandhurst with Debs, and the Welhams and Loves live about 500m apart in Amersham.  You can support Sid here, and read his LinkedIn post here.

 Already a Fundraising Hero after her Richmond Half Marathon last year, Clara ran the Leeds Marathon on Sunday 12th May.

Chris Grint has been a friend of Angus's for years through school and rugby.  He roped in his brother and sister to compete in the Hackney Half Marathon on 19th May.

Andy and his wife Vicky have been friends of ours for over thirty years, and our kids were very close. In June Andy cycled the length of Ireland, from Mizen Head in the south to Malin Head in the north, along the challenging Atlantic west coast - 920km in all!

 Already a Fundraising Hero after the Ironman Swansea 70.3 for us in July 2023, in July 2024 Curtis competed in what has been voted The Most Beautiful Race In The World - Ironman Switzerland in Thun.  2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of cycling finished off with a marathon in the Swiss Alps.
